Our law firm specializes in immigration law and removal defenses. We are located in Gulf Coast, Mississippi, and serve all 50 states in the US. We firmly believe that prompt and diligent representation can prevent numerous individuals from unjustly facing deportation from the United States. Natalia V. Porsche, a female immigrant who came to the United States to create a better future for herself and her family, owns and operates our law firm.
There are a few legal defenses available if the Department of Homeland Security is trying to remove you:
1) Adjustment of Status;
2) Asylum;
3) Withholding of Removal;
4) Protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT);
5) Cancellation of removal for persons who are not lawful permanent residents;
6) Cancellation under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA);
7) Voluntary Departure;
8) Deferred action;
9) Prosecutorial discretion
You can apply for a bond with an immigration judge if you are in custody awaiting the resolution of your removal case. If you are in expedited removal, you are not eligible for bond. However, you could request parole with DHS/ICE.
If you have questions about your case, send us a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
